As if says my manager loves telling us on the holidays that Ppto, will of cover the double points and that Ppto will only remove a singular point. When anyone with a brain can check the hand book, where if tells you Ppto covers all points including the double. It pisses me off that they keep telling that to us like we're not fucking stupid and that's how you have people complaining.
