I'm from Algeria and I graduated 2 years ago with master.

I've been looking for PhD and sending emails and applying in different places (so far Europe and USA)

I've always wanted to continue my PhD and now I'm even more motivated, although no one is even replying to my emails, here is my cv please tell me how to improve it:
