Need advice: MEPS asking for more pharmacy records I already submitted

•	In 2022 (Father’s Day) I had a one-time alcohol incident where I got really drunk and ended up in the ER.
•	From 2020–2021 I was prescribed medication related to a work injury.
•	I had no medications in 2022.
•	From December 2023 to May 2025 I was prescribed bupropion strictly for weight loss.

The issue is that MEPS says I have “anxiety,” but I was never diagnosed with anxiety and was never prescribed medication for anxiety. I think they’re assuming that because bupropion can sometimes be used for anxiety/depression.
I already submitted multiple doctor notes and records clearly stating the medication was only prescribed for weight loss. My recruiter also sent me the official request for the 5-year prescription history.
The hard part is that I used to be under my father’s insurance and I’m no longer on it, so getting these records has been a nightmare. I spent days calling around and went through like 8 different phone numbers just trying to get access to records.
Has anyone dealt with something similar with MEPS or waiver approvals? What else can I realistically provide if they keep asking for more documentation?
