45kg x 8 wrist curls. Some questions.

Hello. I recently hit a new PR on my wrist curls on the left and right hand (left for 8 reps and right for 6).
I have some questions regarding the lifts.

1)As you all can see i am using a fat rolling handle. With this when i do the wrist curls the rolling handle turns towards the direction of my wrist curls. Does this make the lift easier in any way? Is this actually legit 45kgx8?

  1. What are your opinions on the form? Good for deep hook players?

3)From what i have researched this level of cupping strength should apparently place me at low national level for my weight category (currently 80kg). Is that true or not? Because while i do think i have decent cupping strength i am very sure that even state level competitors can easily toproll me. I am unsure as to why my cupping strength isnt as strong on the table.
Is this because i lack pronation? (36.25kg devon larrat lift PR).

  1. Does having a strong cup help produce more side pressure and internal rotation? My side pressure is around 30kg i believe with a normal gym handle.

Valid lifts?

Hello. My lifts have gone from :
32.5kg pronation (left) to now 36.25kg.
30kg pronation (right) to now 35kg.
25kg riser (left) to now 27.5kg
22.5kg riser (right) to now 25kg
Backpressure : 32.5kgx4 from 30kgx4.

I wanna ask are all the lifts done valid in the video? These are all my current PRs (of the toproll chain) if the lifts are done correctly.
Also what do you think of these current lifts?
I am at the time 80kg 180cm.

Will these lifts help me in a hook? I mostly use hook but i wanna be versatile. I will check my hook lifts in a week or so and upload them here as well.

Weight class

Hey guys. I am 179-180cm and i have a thin frame (6.5 inch wrists 8.5 inch ankles). I am currently 80kg. At what weight category would you all reccommend for a guy like me to compete at? I was thinking since i have thin joints and all maybe i should compete at 60-65kg? Lowest weight i have been at my current height has been 65kg (around 13.5% bodyfat).

State/regional level competition

Hey guys. I wanted to ask if someone with average-below average strength genetics can compete and win in state level armwrestling.
I have 0.5-1 deviation below average strength genetics. With proper training can i be competitive at this level? To check my current level you all can check my lifts which i have posted on my reddit account. I plan to compete in the 70-75kg category. I have maybe 6 months to prepare (approx). As for how much table time i get its around once a month or so.

Thoughts on training split

Pull day 1- Backpressure 4 sets,Pronation 4 sets,Bicep curl 3 sets (Morning).
Then evening wrist curls 6 sets and reverse wrist curl 5 sets.
Push day 1-Incline dumbbell press 4 sets,Weighted dips 4 sets and Lateral raises 4 sets.
Rest day.
Pull day 2- Riser 4 sets and Ulnar deviation 4 sets (morning).
Then evening 4 sets weighted pullups and 4 sets barbell rows
Push day 2-Exact same as Push day 1
2 Rest days.

I cant train side pressure right now but i am planning to get a pulley soon.
