Shoulder Surgery/Masking
I shockingly (never injured it, only been hurting for a bit and in my mid 40s but that's autoimmune arthritis for you) found out I have to have a shoulder replacement surgery this week which unlocked a new fear.
It sounds like my shoulder will be immobilized for awhile-how do you put on a mask (specifically an N95) when one arm is immobilized? I just tried to do it one armed and it was super hard. Has anyone dealt with this and have any tips? Can you lift the arm a bit?
Thanks friends!
