STRIPE HR call
I have an HR call for 30 min for STRIPE. Mentions following agenda:
- Relevant Experience: Your day-to-day responsibilities, technical skills, and experiences with cross-functional collaboration.
- Logistics: Current location, work location preferences, salary range/expectations, and any immigration needs.
- Next steps: Your job search status and what's next steps in our process
I can be prepared for these questions, but if someone who went through this process can share their experience, it would mean a lot. Even small points would help.
Should I expect any technical questions, is this round a screening as well or just information sharing for both me and HR. Should I stress on why Stripe type of questions? Also, this is for an android based role, does the whole process depends on what role I have applied for, or the further round structure is same for all Stripe candidates (like in google or amazon).
