Increased my levels by 4X in a week by eating liver?
Hello!
Went to a private lab 7 May and when I got the results i contacted my doctor and he ordered the same test and I took them 13 May.
I ate liver 2 days in a row after my first test is that why the second test changed so much or what happened?

Folate - 19 nmol/L
Cobalamine - 140 pmol/L
13 may
Folate 38 nmol/L
Cobalamine 629 pmol/L
