PR journey -BC PNP EE
**Finally, eCOPR! 🇨🇦❤️**
After a long journey, I’m incredibly happy and grateful to finally say that **I received my eCOPR today! 🎉🇨🇦**
First and foremost, **all thanks and gratitude to the Almighty for guiding us through this journey and making this day possible. ❤️🙏**
Our Canadian journey started when we arrived in Canada on **December 29, 2021**, as a family — my spouse, our little one, and me. My spouse came as a student for a **1+1 program**, and within about two months of arriving, I was fortunate enough to start working in **IT in Ontario**.
Later, I got the opportunity to work **remotely for a company based in British Columbia**. Although I was initially working remotely from Ontario, we decided to make BC our home and **physically moved to British Columbia in November 2025**. This also allowed me to pursue the **BC PNP pathway**, which eventually led us to permanent residence. ❤️
**Our PR Timeline:**
🇨🇦 Arrived in Canada: **Dec 29, 2021** 💻 Started working in IT: **~2 months after arrival** 📍 Physically moved from Ontario to BC: **Nov 2025** 🎯 BC PNP ITA: **feb 11, 2026** 🏆 **BC PNP Nomination Approved: Apr 2, 2026** 🇨🇦 **Express Entry ITA under Provincial Nominee Program: Apr 13, 2026** 📄 PR Application Submitted: **June 9, 2026** 👆 Biometrics Completed: **July 4, 2026** 👻 GU / Final Decision update: **July 23, 2026** 📧 P1: **Aug 12, 2026 📸 P2 submitted: **Aug 14, 2026** 🎉 **eCOPR: Aug 19, 2026

One more detail that might be helpful for those waiting: **I called IRCC twice during the waiting period. Interestingly, I received my P2 the very next day after my second call to IRCC.** I don’t know whether the call had any connection to the update, but just sharing my experience for anyone tracking similar timelines.
