We built an app to stop event photos from disappearing across everyone’s phones
Built this solo over the last few weeks. The core mechanic: you create a film for an event, share a QR code, everyone adds photos to the same roll, and when the event ends the film locks permanently. No edits, no deletions, no going back and curating.
I noticed shared albums always end up half-empty because people forget, filter, or never bother. The lock mechanic forces the film to be whatever actually got captured — blurry shots and all.
