尸蠊

尸蠊

Will this character be unambiguously understood by native speakers as "a cockroach carcass"?

I just wanted to make one character for this collocation. I deliberately used the word carcass/ 屍體 for exaggeration. The cockroachs in the South are so huge.

Why does 尸 mean a corpse only in 屍, but not in other characters? What is the original meaning of 尸 and why it got the meaning of a dead body?

Can I understand 屎 and 尿 as "dead rice" and "dead water"? Or how does it work?
