I am super frustrated with this company! Since three weeks i cant access my account because seemingly some image was blurry during setup on my new device and now i am stuck.

The customer support is non existent with this company. Some AI is answering and seemingly some fake human user which is probably also an AI is answering that they are “on it” since over 2 weeks now!

In the mean time I setup a new account on a competitor and I am confident that moving the shares via Desktop Access to the new broker is faster for me!
