Gym guidance please
So to start this off with a bit of context about me. I am 32F, 170cm, 110kg (was 150kg, have lost 40kg majority through diet changes). My main goal is to continue my weight loss, and just overall become healthier. I have joined the gym again( small rural town that I work in so it does have quite a decent selection but much less than previous gyms I’ve held memberships at). I walk to work and home each day, but I’m just feeling lost in what and how I should be training at the gym. Over the last ten years I’ve has gym memberships but I kind of just went in blind and didn’t really have any guidance. I want to do it right this time. This week I have started slow at 30 mins on the exercise bike. But now I’ve eased back in I want to step things up more to help with my weight loss journey. Any chance I could please get some tips on what exercises I should be doing and how to do them. Majority of my weight is in my belly area. My days of gym attendance just depend on how many days a week I’m in that town for work, but on a usual schedule I’ll be there 3-4 days a week. Thank you!
