For those of you that experienced prodrome symptoms before bells palsy fully set in what was the pain like and where was it located? Was it constant or did it come and go within seconds? Recently i (21F) experienced an ache right behind my ear near my earlobe but it comes and goes and lasts seconds or minutes then comes back multiple minutes later. I haven’t experienced anything else as of now but I was wondering if this could be a warning sign. What other signs should I look out for? I suffer from health anxiety and constantly worry about developing bell’s palsy so its difficult to tell whether i should genuinely be concerned or if its my health anxiety controlling me.
