2015 vw Jetta 2.0L (CBPA engine) system too rich off idle P2178

I have a 2015 VW Jetta 2.0L base model with CBPA engine. I have been chasing a too rich off idle issue and not sure what else’s to do.

Previously before this issue my car was misfiring on cylinders and I swapped out a bunch of stuff during then:

New spark plugs, ignition coil pack and wires, and fuel injectors in that order and along each replacements the misfires and stalling kept happening but it all went away once I replaced the fuel injectors making me think that was the issue.

Then about a month after all that I started getting the bank 1 system too rich off idle. And it is intermittently randomly re triggering since then I have replaced.

Bank 1 oxygen sensor, purge valve (aka evaporator N80), fuel filter, map sensor, new engine air filter, cleaned the throttle body and intake hose leading to it.

I’ve scanned the car with Ross tech and I got this freeze frame (see picture). I’ve used all OE parts also not aftermarket.

Kinda lost not sure how to fix this and it’s reoccurred like 6-7 times since October 2025 and I’ve ran out of ideas, has anyone else had this issue? Please help?
