Rosie needs your opinion... fat or flonky 😆

My mum insists my girl Rosie is a "chubawub" but I think she's just flonky and a big kitty lol I feel her tummy, and she's not obese 😔

Grandma needs to stop teasing her, or Rosie is going to have self-esteem issues!

My 2020 model Rosie 😍

Found some cute old pics of when I first got her and then compared it to now. She's always been my adorable little stinky 😍 💕 I love the way her beard grew out, lol

RIP Amish Paste (first casualty of the season)

Had to kill my Amish Paste plant this morning as the high heat and smoke + up and down weather basically took it out to pasture. Never grown that variety before.

Now I'm left with a Tiny Tim tomato (my go to), a Dragon's Tongue bush bean, and a Tendergreen bush bean. They all look "okay", but not as good as past years. The weather has just been absolutely brutal.

Anyone else lost a plant or two this year because of the weird weather? :(

Rosie loves her little basket 🥰

She's far too big for the basket on her tree, but she sleeps there regardless 😴 😘😘😘 Kicks her little feetsies up in the air, lol

Bush bean seedling watering advice

Hello, I sprouted 3-4 bush bean seeds per 8 gallon pot. The seedlings look really healthy but some are emerging later than others which is normal. However I've never grown bush beans, so I wonder how I should water it? I don't want to get the top of the new sprouts wet by watering them when they're still kind of "in the soil" and emerging.

I know if I do that, they will get cooked when the sun comes around.

Should I just water kind of around them and hope the water spreads underneath?

Thanks!!!

I see your basket cat and raise you an unimpressed Rosie

Woke her up by accident turning off the air conditioner. She was not impressed by my photography lol
