Best health insurance policy recommendations for a family of three? (2 young adults+ 46F Mother)
Hi everyone,
I am looking to buy health insurance for my family and need suggestions on the best policies available right now. Here is our profile:Me(24) & My Younger Brother(21): Both of us have zero medical issues,
My Mother (46F): She lives back home in our village.Mother's Health Issues:She has chronic joint pain, some spinal bone weakening (L1/L2 vertebrae), and recently had numbness in her left hand which required 15 days of physiotherapy and ongoing medication. She has never had any surgeries.
I want to make sure we get a plan that has great claim settlement, but I am confused about how to structure it.Should I buy one single family floater plan for all three of us? Or should I buy a separate individual policy for my mother because of her medical history?Which insurance companies are currently the most reliable for claims and hassle-free hospital bills? How do pre-existing conditions like joint pain and nerve numbness affect the premium and waiting periods?
Looking forward to your recommendations and advice.
Thanks!
