Will he get internship offer at amazon??
One of my friend gave amazon interviews (2 round) followed by shortlisting through OA,
1st Round : DSA & LP questions : he was asked 2 dsa questions he was barely able to dry run those questions, but approach for the both ques were correct, interviewer gave 20 mins each to my friend for both questions, he didn't even reached the code writing part.. and also fumbled in LP questions..
2nd Round : GenAI+Problem Solving : first he introduced himself to the interviewer, than asked some project related questions from resume, than asked one DSA problem on Stack, and initially his approach was not correct, he shown his intuition but stuck, than asked to recheck the intuition, than he got the right intuition about using NGE using Stack, and interviewer asked about some dsa pattern from which he got to know that intuition, than he dry ran the problem, and jumped to the code, there were some bugs fixed in front of interviewer, than at the end code was not that much correct but logic was correct, and at the end he was asked about complexities, and at the end asked abiut GenAi use cases in his life, and asked some followups regarding projects...
These were the 2 interview rounds followed by OA shortlisting, as both the interviews were scheduled simultaneously on the same day, but at the end they rescheduled the round 2 after completion of round 1, two times..
What's the probabilty he might get the internship offer??
