Tips for getting to school?

I have had anxiety for all of highschool and my attendance has always been rocky. My overall anxiety has definetly improved over the years, especially socially and confidence wise, but getting to school in the morning is still hard for me. I can't always place why exactly I'm anxious to go, school in general has always made me anxious. It takes a LOT for me to get in. It feels both mentally and physically exhausting, but I hope that can improve with time and building tolerance! So i want to work on my attendance. I'm pretty good at dealing with my anxiety before I go to bed it's just in the mornings, trying to get myself out of bed and out of the house. I feel like I wake up with a dread and the only thing that can help that is by staying home. I was wondering if anyone that struggles with this too has any tips for me? Like little things they say to themselves, rituals, mindsets, whatever! Maybe some things you found really useful or original? Thank you!!!
