My original SOP was AI-assisted, so I understand why GradPilot/Pangram flagged it. I used the review mainly for feedback, then rewrote a paragraph myself in my own voice.
Weirdly, Pangram’s site first gave it ~50% AI, then after I rewrote the flagged section to sound more natural, it went to 100%.
My issue is that GradPilot apparently caps the Foundation & Focus score when AI is detected, and I actually want to see that score properly before trying to get it reviewed by someone else.
I’m not trying to “beat” the detector i just don’t want to throw away a flow/story I really like because a couple students and alumni have read it and they seem to like it
For people who used GradPilot/Pangram: what actually worked? Did you keep the same structure and rewrite everything from scratch, or just ignore the detector and focus on the SOP itself?

PS: this is in no way a critique of either applications, i find them quite useful infact but i might be missing a feature or something i can turn on but not that i can see so forgive me if the question is silly :)

My company is evaluating which coding assistant license we should procure. Most of our development work is on Snowflake, but we don’t want to rely primarily on CoCo because the client is unlikely to agree to cover CoCo consumption costs.
Our plan is to use CoCo only for Cortex Agent/Analyst-related use cases and occasional tasks such as understanding column or table metadata—so overall usage would be minimal. For day-to-day coding and development, we’d prefer to use a different coding assistant.
Given this setup, which coding assistant would you recommend?

I also what to eventually be able to automate/ease repetitive tasks using skills or some other features
