Manual pump vs pumping with hand

About 2 mos ago, my milk supply fell substantially and I have been trying to get it back since. Now we are supplementing with formula because my bub’s weight wouldn’t budge. (For context, my bub is 5mos.) Powerpumping, normal pumping, I tried the teas, the supplements and everything in-between. I used to be able to pump with a momcozy machine about 90-120mls per session easily and now the same exact pump delivers two drops, if that. I rented the hospital grade Medela Symphony, that also didn’t deliver a single drop! However, when i hand express, i do get anywhere from 5 to 20 mls per session. I was considering trying the manual pump but I ak wondering if it is worth it? Has anyoje had a similar experience? Please do share 🙏

Help, I am struggling:(

Hi everyone, so the thing is my baby is three months old today. My period returned when she was two months old. I see a certain dip in my milk supply around my period and unfortunately she had an infection three weeks ago where she lost a lot of weight and since then even though she’s eating and feeding on the demand it doesn’t seem like she’s gaining weight properly.
The Pediatrician now said that she has to get an additional half a litre of milk/formula every single day, so 10x50mililetres after I fed her, and I am honestly not sure if maybe my milk supply also dropped. There were times when I was able tompump 120/90mls per boob but now that’s around 30mls or just drops. I am desperate. I am super sad and I don’t know what to do. Did this happen to anyone else? Did you manage to fix it? Can you tell me any tips for me to up my milk supply another half litre per day and possibly more? thank you so much. 🙁
