Hello. I live in Japan. After contracting COVID-19 and then influenza, I've been experiencing severe fatigue, exhaustion, and neck pain that makes it difficult to walk. I have severe chronic fatigue syndrome. Clinical trials for chronic fatigue syndrome are currently underway in Japan. I read in the newspaper that the results will be available in two years. There is no GPCR antibody test available in Japan. I have had an anti-GCHR antibody test.I had a muscarinic autoantibody test, and it was negative. Does this mean rituximab is ineffective if the autoantibody test is negative? The clinical trial results will be available in two years, but I can't wait that long.
