some scamming ass customer marked every single item as having a quality issue and made me lose my pro shopping rating im actually so pissed about this i tried contacting support and the first agent told me that itd have to be investigated and when i asked how long that will take she said to reach out via email to them directly but the email she gave me doesnt even exist so i tried contacting support again and the second agent told me actually theres nothing we can do wtf!!!! why are two support agents giving me conflicting information on something that isnt even my fault!!!! ive never had a quality issue before and you really think every item had an issue this is so stupid im so pissed
