ED pump (stage 3) done! UVA team
As of like 4 hours ago, i’m officially post op stage 3 with the UVA team! Finally I’ve gotten what is hopefully my final surgery for my medical transition. Well, minus a potential testicular implant quick procedure later.
This stage was done a separate outpatient surgery facility that UVA has. Dr. Ortiz and his residents did this surgery. I was their first of the day so I had to arrive at 5:30 this morning 😩 it was a quick one and obviously outpatient. Since i got back to the hotel ive mainly been sleeping and icing my balls as Dr Ortiz requested. He said he was unable to safely get even the smallest testicular implant into the left side of my balls so we’re gonna let everything heal and potentially try again later on. In these post op pics I can tell my sack already looks odd/kinda stretched i guess(?) with just the ED pump in it anyway. The swelling does seem to have made my dick look kinda shorter for now so hopefully that goes back to normal. Im obviously not squeezing or messing with it much at all today but when i touch it, it definitely feels pretty firm already! It’s crazy to think that this is hopefully my last surgery and that all I personally have left is potentially a quick procedure to pop a testicular implant in later and medical tattooing!
Quick stats:
Coloplast titan (not the “one touch” i dont think)
No testicular implants
No getting up for more than 30mins at a time
Keeping dick propped again
Cross fingers for no complications like erosion, detachment, or infection
