Hey so I started the med yesterday and within about an hour after taking I get so tired. Like I need a nap... Even holding my eyes open is difficult and my whole body feels heavy.

Does this side effect improve after it's in your system?

I'm taking with food mid morning but wondering if I should push back to evening instead.
