Hi I have a Bachelor's degree in biotechnology. I last worked 10 years ago. I want to enter the job market and have been applying to basic entry level jobs like customer service but have not heard back from the 100+ applications. If I want to enter insurance/banking what should I be doing? I would like to stay in the operations side of the business and not the technology side. MS Ofiice skills, basic SQL knowledge. I live in the GTA, ON, Canada. Any suggestions?
