I have uploaded wrong proof for correspondence address and submit.can it be edited during edit window.what to do now.

I am doing md fmt in top Aiims.I wrote May INI got 40k rank and I don't know what to do.I like FMT and chosen it but as days passes by I thought it was not my dept and started prep for ini.Now I got this rank now I am in dilemma whether to leave seat and prepare for neet pg or should continue doing it.Pls help me with my situation
