Hi all,

I went to buckle my 13 month old into her Nuna Rava Next career today and the left buckle (when facing the seat) seems flipped? If I lay the straps flat the buckle is facing the wrong way (pic 1) and if I do the right triangle fold “trick” to flip the buckle, there is a twist in the straps (pic 2). My four year old has the original version of the Rava, so we’re pretty familiar with this car seat. My daughter’s car seat is fairly new but we have not noticed this problem before - maybe we missed it (though we immediately keyed into it today)?

We have no idea how this happened and cannot figure out how to fix this. Are we dumb? Any ideas of what to do?
