I have been rewatching the series and I realized that Code Earth is the foreshadowing to Aelita's human half. She came out of the scanner with clothing on. If she weren't human and created on Lyoko, she wouldn't have an Earth outfit because she never had clothes to begin with. The supercomputer would need to be capable of creating clothing from nothing if Aelita was not human because she wouldn't ever of been virtualized like Odd, Ulrich, and Yumi.
