Losing ground after 1.5 years on DUT. Any suggestions?

Have been on oral DUT (0.5) since November 2024 so about 1.5 years. I saw good regrowth very quickly in about less than three months, no sheds and no sides. However now my hair is thinning again and is following the same pattern before I started taking DUT.

Does anyone know what I can do next to save my hair?

The solutions I’ve been thinking of:
Oral DUT 2.5
Oral DUT 0.5 + topical DUT to get scalp dht
Clascoterone - as I understand the 5% solution isn’t available
RU58841 - really don’t like potential sides that can fuck with the heart

Suggestions appreciated 🙏

Anyone tried Oral DUT + topical DUT?

I’m wondering if oral DUT+ topical DUT could be a reasonable solution as oral DUT (0.5) reduces 50% of scalp dht and 90% systemic . Would topical DUT in localised areas lol the temples nuke the remaining scalp DHT in particularly sensitive areas ?

Hair thinning again after 1.5years DUT

My hair started thinning in December 2024. Got on 0.5 DUT and was quickly seeing good results (obvious regrowth) , I didn’t have to worry about my hair for a year and a half.

Now im seeing my hair thinning again. Is it possible to thin so quickly again on DUT or is it something else?

I did have quite a bad seb derm flair up recently (large yellow flakes and bleeding) and it’s something I’ve always struggled with . Help appreciated 🙏
