Help ! Please
hello, if anyone can help me or has gone through something similar. I am a FIFA volunteer in Houston. They sent out an email for volunteers to sign up for shifts, and within the 7-day period I tried multiple times, but I kept having technical issues with the site loading and booking shifts.
When I finally had time off work, I contacted support and explained the issue. I was then told that because the 7 days had passed, the shifts could be given to someone else. I have already completed my credential sign-up, and now I’m seeing other volunteers receive uniforms and updates.
I’m honestly really heartbroken and anxious about this because this event means a lot to me. Has anyone experienced something similar before? Should I still have hope, or does this usually mean you are no longer part of the volunteer team?
