Is this enough mold to get sick?

I’ve been staying in an Airbnb for two weeks and have noticed I don’t feel well, fatigue, headaches, itchy and red peeling skin.. there is mold all around the shower and the vinyl flooring is peeling up all around it. I’ve already made the decision to leave obviously but am concerned about health effects. the mold is all around the shower area. i did use hydrogen peroxide on it but did not improve. am concerned also there is mold under the vinyl. host has prohibited me from opening any windows also -had them wide open before because she controls the AC.
