Squats destroy my workout ngl
everytime I squat I gas out after one set. My pulse rises way too fast and it feels like I just run a sprint. I do different rep ranges (sets of 3, 7, 20+). But doesn't matter. I literally had to stop my workout last two Leg days after squats
Edit: I get it, will do cardio (mAybe)
