Hi,
I’m trying to build an AI workflow/agent for lead processing and underwriting automation.

Current logic I want:

1. AI monitors an inbox and processes incoming leads/emails automatically.
2. Extract the business name from each lead.
3. Check the business against CMR.
   • If the business already exists:
     • Check which banks already have the file.
     • If there are new banks available, send to those banks.
     • If there are no new banks, only send the app internally and mark it as a duplicate/dupe.
4. If the business does NOT exist in CMR:
5. Check deposits/revenue.
   • If monthly deposits are above $30k:
     • Assign the lead to a rep automatically.
     • Send the necessary emails/docs.
   • If deposits are below $30k:
     • Mark it as low revenue.

Has anyone here built something similar with AI agents + email automation + CRM/bank logic?
