recently purchased a new Hunter 350. After cleaning, I noticed some scratches on the fuel cap. Also, in the second video, there is a clicking sound when I press the brake. Is this normal? If not, what should I do?

I recently purchased a Graphite Grey (matte) Hunter 350 and I noticed that the black coating on the handlebar seems to be coming off. Is this normal or not? I’m also noticing scratches appearing on the silver fuel tank cap. Please tell me what to do:(
