Routine for textured/combo/dry skin

Breaking out for a while now (all areas of face) and not sure if its internal/external. Any tips on routine/ what products to use?

Skin concern/skin type: often dry but probably combo

Length of routine: 5mins

Day: Cleanser: Dermatica balancing glycerin gel cleanser (in shower - with hands)

Toner: Sukin hydrating mist toner

Serum: none

Moisturizer: Eucerin UltraSensitive Soothing Care

Sunscreen: none

Night (not often) Cleanser: same as day

Toner: same

Serum: none

Moisturizer: same

Allergy: i don't think niacinamide is good for me

Products I’ve used and didn’t work:

Skinfix foaming oil cleanser

Diet: no sugar, generally ok

General Health: not enough water

You can't see from the pics but I also get a lot of whiteheads. I use a facetowel with whatever face wash i'm using to scrub maybe 2-3 a week.

I am a skincare newb. I never had something like this flare up before so my routine is basic/non existent. I did not take care much in the past but I have been someone who's skin was generally clear if my water and diet are ok.

Current routine (this is what i do in the morning- i rarely do the evening):

Dermatica balancing glycerin gel cleanser (in shower - with hands)

Sukin hydrating mist toner

Eucerin UltraSensitive Soothing Care
