Sgpa to percentage - DU portal

In my university, Different semesters have different credit/unit weightage, and the final CGPA/percentage is calculated using weighted credits rather than a simple average of semester percentages.
However, on the DU PG CSAS portal, when semester-wise SGPA/percentage details are entered, the portal appears to automatically calculate the overall percentage by equally averaging all semesters. This results in a percentage different from the official percentage derived from the university’s prescribed CGPA conversion formula.
Pls help. I have dropped email also but haven't received any reply from du.
