How should I set up the second fx4???

I’m currently running a Fx4 and 307 on a 75 overstocked (20 fish) tank. Would it be overkill to run two FX4 and get rid of the 407? What would be the pros and cons of running the two FX4?
75 gal aragonite substrate, seriyu stone, fx4 and f407 filters, waiting on wave maker, any suggestions for a strong flow? Gonna be an all peacock tank, thinking of adding at least 15. Lmk any suggestions and tips. New to African cichlids overstock tank, lmk what’s wrong or what I can do better? Mahalo. From Hawaii, I have soft water so I need to bump it up to at least 7.5-8, my temps in my tank stay around 78-79. I’m not planning on using a heater.
