I got my blood tests back and the office is closed. I’m very concerned with these numbers.
I eat whole grains, typically low fat/nonfat dairy, tons of vegetables, fish, and chicken. I don’t know what all these numbers mean.
What should my next steps be when the office opens tomorrow?
