What do you guys think of my routine? Any changes i should make?
Skin condition: tanned, PIH, texture, OILY ASF!

For the LOVE OF GOD suggest me a good n reliable Alpha Arbutin serum under 2-3k
Searched the entire subreddit and no answer seems conclusive.
Attached are a few i heard something about.
My skin: OILY! tanned, hyper pigmented, dull and a few lot more but lets stick to this for now.
