How can I run sub 11
May 2nd I ran 11.77. May 16th I ran 11.37 and 11.28, all FAT timed. I have another meet on the 23rd and I'm wondering how to run under 11.00.
If there's anything my technique is missing or any trick I'm not using lmk
For reference I'm 16, 5'10, and ~170lbs and it's my first year training (started April)
I'm lane 4 in the blue wearing green spikes
