USWA2?!?

Hi everyone. I've posted before but am posting again because I, again, don't know if I am missing something. I'm now testing 06/03 with a goal of 255+ (realistically) but actually really want a 260+. I just took UWSA2 and the 2020 Free120 yesterday (05/20, 2 weeks out) after a 1.5-2 weeks of focusing on strategy because of a 3-form long platuea (forms 13-15) in which I saw great score improvements on CMS forms (85-90+) and Amboss blocks (75-85% correct). Here's my question though:

UWSA2: 245, 71% raw correct, 83 EPC

2020 Free 120: 85% correct

Is my issue just that its NBME vs Uworld? I've greatly analyzed my incorrects to figure out and categorize them into why I got them wrong, made myself test taking "rules" secondary to the areas I was frequently getting incorrect (ex. not trusting obvious diagnosis --> if it seems obvious, and its an answer choice, its most likely that answer), as well as actually not looking at the answer choices and just coming to a conclusion in my head beforehand to drown out any distractors. And like I said, I've seen improvements everywhere else, except on a form. I know everyone says UWSA2 is very predictive but I'm having a hard time believing that all of my hard work went to a 2 point increase and that's it.

CCSE 1 (Jan 21): 234

Form 12 (Feb 15): 225

CCSE 2 (Mar 4): 246

Form 10 (April 4): 220

Form 11 (April 10): 249

Form 13 (April 18): 238

Form 14 (May 4): 242

Form 15 (May 10): 243

Shelf scores over the year were Surg 85, IM 79, FM 84, OB 88, Peds 77, Psych 85

Pushing Out Test

If I anticipate having to push out my test, but have taken most of the NBMEs, how do I go about retaking them? Not 100% sure if I am pushing or not yet, but am just trying to prepare.

I am testing 5/22 as of right now, with some flexibility to push up to 2 more weeks but I really, really do not want to if I don't have to. My goal score would be a 255+, with my true desire really being a 260+ and realistically will be okay with a 250+ but I want more doors open for myself. I started a "dedicated" study during my last rotation (psych) which started around the beginning of April. Scores so far on forms (in order) have been as follows:

CCSE 1 (Jan 21): 234

Form 12 (Feb 15): 225

CCSE 2 (Mar 4): 246

Form 10 (April 4): 220

Form 11 (April 10): 249

Form 13 (April 18): 238

Form 14 (May 4): 242

I have been using Amboss during dedicated, as I tend to remember a lot of Uworld questions, but am wondering if this is a mistake. My "first pass" was at 63% but I strictly used it as a learning tool throughout clerkships and never really minded the score. I spend a good day reviewing the practice tests and making a plan to address my gaps, but nothing seems to be working. I don't know where to turn or what to do to push through this sort of plateau and get to my goal. I am trying to be an anki person but am terrible at it and am just wondering if there is anything else that made a big, big difference for you when you did it. I feel that I have tried watching things like OME, Dr. HY, Emma Holiday, and DI and nothing is sticking.

If it helps, my shelf scores were Surg 85, IM 79, FM 84, OB 88, Peds 77, Psych 85 and I took them in that order.

Update: 2018 Free 120, did 2 blocks on top of the 5/4 Form 14 and finished the last today, scored 83%
