Bhavisha Projects Sarjapur Review – Construction Quality & Investment Potential?
Hey guys, does anyone know about Bhavisha projects around Sarjapur? How’s the construction quality and overall builder reputation? We recently got an offer to invest in one of their projects at around ₹3,500/sqft. They’re saying that by possession in 2030, the price may go up to around ₹12.5k/sqft. Btw,it is 35floor project spread across 5 acres as of now.
Just wanted to understand from people who’ve already invested or visited their projects — is this appreciation actually realistic? And how are they in terms of quality, delivery, and resale value?
Would really appreciate any honest feedback before we decide.
