Why so racist?
I don’t know who the mods are, but I find the number of thinly veiled and sometimes nakedly racist posts about Black people in this sub to be disturbing. You can delete political posts, but racist pathologizing is perfectly ok?
I think the anti-Black agenda of some redditors is obvious. Clearly there are few/no diverse mods and this shows you what happens when you have non-diverse leadership. Things just devolve into racist vitriol. I wonder if the racists talk like this in their day jobs.
Where are all the good totally not racist people? Can we all commit to calling this stuff out, downvoting, or even deleting these posts? It can be frustrating to live in an under-resourced neighborhood. But being a racist is not an answer to anything. It just creates more problems. Here’s to hoping we can all live in peace.
