They reinstated my account!!! Amazon acknowledged that it was a mistake, and my dream can continue. Thank you all for your responses and advice. It’s a lesson for next time on what to avoid so I can have some peace of mind.
In my previous post, I described how my account was deleted and I didn’t know why. So thank you to everyone who gave me some ideas about what might have gone wrong. It’s good to know for next time. As for everyone else, try appealing if this ever happens to you. Amazon really can make mistakes sometimes.
Amazon just deleted my account because of a book that hasn't even been released yet. It was just a preorder. They said, "Examples include abnormal reading activity or attempts to publish books that violate our Content Guidelines." But I didn't do anything. I'm on StoryOrigin, and it had 18 ARC readers. And I ordered and paid for 5 copies. What now?
UPDATE: They reinstated my account!!! Amazon acknowledged that it was a mistake, and my dream can continue. Thank you all for your responses and advice. It’s a lesson for next time on what to avoid so I can have some peace of mind.
Are there any Reddit groups where I can share a link for ARC readers? I’m looking for one for my first book. I’m not very familiar with how it works.
Thank you for any help!💪🏻
Hi everyone. Looking for some feedback for my book. Any tips and review will be nice
The coffee is always perfect when Daniel is home.
Claire Mercer has built a flawless life in Harlow Creek. Twelve years of marriage. A town that knows her name and says it kindly. A reputation for warmth that she has cultivated, one careful conversation at a time.
Then she finds the receipt. A café in Millfield. Two coffees. A slice of cake.
She doesn’t confront Daniel. She doesn’t call a lawyer. Instead, she drives to Millfield, parks two blocks away, and starts to watch. Nora is a primary school teacher — kind, present, exactly the kind of woman you’d want as a friend.
So Claire becomes one.
Told entirely through Claire’s mesmerizing first-person voice, STILL WATER is a razor-sharp psychological thriller that reads in a single sitting — about what happens when the most dangerous person in the room is also the one you trust most. Everyone sees the surface. No one sees the depth.
Perfect for fans of Gone Girl, The Silent Patient, and Behind Closed Doors.
