There’s a lot of focus put onto this statue, and to me its position seems to indicate that it might be in the process of being “grown” by the complex. Also, it looks like it’s holding a phone to its ear, which would make sense if it’s trying to replicate Wall Dad, who we can overhear speaking to someone on the phone just before Ravi encounters him.

I feel like this would be so effectively disturbing, and it would fit the (presumed) nature of still life as the complex’s poor attempt at replicating human beings.
