I’m in a bit of a predicament as I’ve been offered a job back at my old Company as SQS which they weren’t offering hence why I left initially. I did really enjoy working there but I was on less money than my current company where I am also an SQS so do I negotiate for them to match my current salary or request they better what I currently earn.
