Hi all - how do I know that I had experienced granthis piercing? Are there distinct signs? Does each knot only get pierced once?

I’ve only had one spontaneous experience of non dual / unity consciousness, I saw the entire world as being God including myself. It lasted less than 10min but it was absolutely terrifying and put me in ontological shock for months…I felt like Arjuna in terror when Krishna revealed himself in his true form. Other people had described unity experiences to be blissful - why wasn’t that the case for me?

Hi all, after going through a Kundalini Emergency myself, reading Gopi Krishna and speaking to countless others I’m sometimes struggling to believe that KA can be a smooth ride for people. I want to believe it can but in rare cases. What are your thoughts? I have a feeling a lot of people that say that had an easy KA probably had another type of spiritual experience.
