I had a revision back in Feb to fix my breathing & a few aesthetic issues. This included a rib graft. I feel like the tip of my nose is pretty bulbous - see pic 2 - a bit droopy. Think this is swelling or just how it is?

I’m not going to get another revision - my breathing is fixed which was always the main issue. But aesthetically, my main issue previously was the hanging tip so it’s a shame to still have this. Thoughts?
