Stay Balanced Through The Process: The Good, Bad, and some Ugly

If there is one thing I have learned, it is: Stay balanced. Don't get too high or too low with the Claim's process and outcomes.

Recently(after taking almost a year away from claims submissions) submitted some secondary claims: Migraines(increase), Sleep Disorder(2nd to PTSD/TBI), TMD/Bruxism(2nd to PTSD/TBI).

Good: Got an increase on Migraines(10 to 50%) and connected Sleep disorder(0%) and TMD/Brux(40%).

Bad: Proposing to reduce my PTSD from 70% to 30%

Ugly: TBD

PTSD Exam: Have to get my eyes on the DBQ to see what the examiner stated, because my symptoms actually worsened based on Migraines, TMD, Sleep disorder and increase in Panic attacks, SI, Depression, and Isolation.

Hopefully, I can properly rebut the proposed reduction, based off of their failure to evaluate my entire MH picture with the inclusion of the physiological changes, and only off of 1 exam

Stay as balanced as you can
