Hello! We are currently looking for 1 female condo roommate who plans to stay for around 1–2 years.

We are already 2 female tenants in the unit, both DMD students from NU. The target move-in date is either the last week of June or the first week of July.

• 1 month deposit
• Association dues are paid by the unit owner
• Utility bills will be shouldered by the tenant
